Below, I'll tell you a little about my professional journey.
My story
I am a psychologist, graduated in 2021, and my main focus has always been clinical practice. I began my undergraduate studies in 2016 in my hometown of Manaus. In 2019, I moved to the state of Rio de Janeiro, where I completed my training. I obtained my Specialist degree from the Institute of Phenomenological-Existential Psychology of Rio de Janeiro (IFEN) in 2024.
Since graduating, I have always participated in courses, lectures, and conferences that gave me a broad view of the scope of this profession , but without ever losing sight of my focus, which was to bring all this acquired knowledge to the clinical setting. I participated in case study meetings to observe how professionals with many years of experience made the best decisions to help their patients.
I have been practicing clinically since graduating, without abandoning my studies. In them, I find sources of support and keep myself updated on issues involving mental health , whether they are the most common, such as depression, panic and anxiety disorders, or more specific issues from the particular universe of each patient.
