Living in another country can present significant emotional challenges. These include difficulties adapting, homesickness, and issues with work and relationships.

Do you identify with this? Or is it something different?
1
Depression (sadness and/or crying spells)
Depression is a broad term that typically defines a state of persistent sadness or melancholy. It commonly involves a lack of interest in activities that were previously considered fun and interesting, leading to isolation and loneliness.
If you are experiencing something similar, please get in touch. It's important that follow-up begins as soon as possible.
2
Anxiety (stress, irritability, or panic)
Stress associated with anxiety can manifest in various ways: excessive fatigue, irritability, work-related stress ( burnout ), relationship problems, panic attacks, among others. Don't let it become a defining factor in your life and relationships; start seeking help as soon as possible.
3
Adaptation Difficulties
Living and working in another country can be a source of great suffering, depending on various factors. Adaptation difficulties can go far beyond language and climate: difficulties making friends and belonging to groups, relationship problems, and feelings of exclusion. Therapy can be your ally in developing adaptation strategies.
4
Guilt and longing
Leaving family and friends behind can be a source of great suffering and bring feelings of guilt and longing. The decision to leave your country and try a different life can be accompanied by many doubts throughout the process, especially if associated with one of the aforementioned conditions.
